E-Commerce success for Utah ag operations: Meet Pyne Farms

Pyne Farms, a multigenerational, Utah-based fruit farm, is one of the latest success stories from the E-Commerce Accelerator (ECA).

Specializing in over 35 apple varieties, tart cherries, pluots, peaches, nectarines, and other tree fruit, Pyne Farms supplies produce to farmers markets, schools, restaurants, bakeries, and juice companies throughout Utah. Check out their website at PyneFarms.com to see what's in season.

After completing the ECA’s six-week mentoring program, Pyne Farms gained expert support in website development, online marketing, and e-commerce strategy. Why remote work still matters for women and families

Return-to-office mandates are making headlines and raising concerns. In a recent Deseret News article, Dr. Susan R Madsen shares how these mandates disportionately affect women, especially mothers who rely on flexible work to support their families.

"Every day I hear from Utah women being called back to the office—even though they’re more productive at home,” she writes on LinkedIn.

At ROI, we see this firsthand. Many of our participants are stay-at-home moms who use remote work to contribute financially while caring for their children. Our programs—like the Certified Remote Work Professional© online certificate course and the E-Commerce Accelerator—offer training and support to help individuals gain professional in-demand remote work skills or launch and grow their online businesses, creating sustainable income from home.

Remote work creates real opportunity—let’s get better at it.
